Tenth month, Thirteenth day
Year Two of the Recent Awakenings
The Retirement of Watchman Scott
Good sers and seras,
In obedience to the will of the Lord Chamberlain, and with the humblest hopes to prove of assistance to the esteemed denizens of Marrach, I herewith scribe the retirement of Watchman Scott.
Ser Scott, a friend and confident of sera Faith, and a member of Her Majesty's Winter Watch, was last seen in the corridors of Marrach seeming very disconsolate and was noticed to be crying by several denizens of the castle due to personal issues that he had been having with a certain sera in the castle. He then swiftly left the Courtyard.
He was last seen in the Sunset Room, whereupon more composedly, he announced that he would be returning to his room, with the aid of servants to bring him vicuals, to pray and seek to meditate on his loss. With the encouragement of several of the denizens within the room, he left.As of the writing of this Chronicle, he has not yet finished his meditation, and neither has he answered any scrolls addressed to him.
This Chronicler begs forgiveness on this day for any error in this missive regarding this incident, and asks only to be informed of such so that it may be duly corrected.
In service of the Lord Chamberlain,
Ser Angron Drakefyre
Chronicler of the Court
