[Success: 602, Roll: 692] You slash at a knight reeking of goodness with your strong claws. 361 points of damage! A knight reeking of goodness yells out a final, "Monsters suck!" before dying.
Lurekus the Mummy takes the corpse of a knight reeking of goodness.
Lurekus the Mummy walks away to a dank and foggy marshland, to the south
[Success: 950, Roll: 125] Lurekus the Mummy slashes at you with his painful claws, but misses.
[Success: 568, Roll: 340] You slash at Lurekus the Mummy with your strong claws, but miss.
Lurekus the Mummy retreats.
You move toward Lurekus the Mummy.
You stop next to him.
Lurekus the Mummy retreats.
Lurekus the Mummy walks away to a lair entrance, downwards.
And the Fallen wonder why they get no respect.
On a similar note, the Ghoul, Bloodstorm of Fallen, a healer, attempted to defend her master Gruloch, against incredible odds. She was not successful, but she did show that not all the Fallen are sniveling cowards. And I would like to apologize to her, for killing her so many times, I was unaware she was a healer at the time.

Thank you. Our shamen are indeed worthy if their names. And our members surely are more protective of our Master's well being, and its word. When we need to, Fallen members do indeed protect its members, especially its Master from all harm, whether it be an attack, or whether it'll be on supporting the Master's word. For example, Our Master made an agreement with Chasm and Brittok, and all of Fallen members hold on to it, it's indeed a rare trait..not all clans possess it.
Also, thank you for complimenting me. I retrieved an ugly corpse from a field plower! He will make a fine offering, a sacrifice, or maybe a worker...a skeleton.
On the side note, this is my only reply to your compliments. Unfortunately coming from you, they are not at all flattering. And knowing that this will turn out into a long thread, which most of Fallen's replies will consist of amusing themselves on your ....inferior traits. Eventually it'll grow boring, and stale, and...ongoing. So, this is my first and last reply.
Lurekus the Master Builder.

Only your pathetic clan would find thievery and cowardice respectable traits. The fact that you think I would compliment you is only more a testament of the idiocy of your simplistic mind.

Why do you find pleasure in stating such simple things… It appears to me, you were hunting at our entrance. In which case, why be surprised that we claim the corpse???
I don’t think this is about a corpse or the fact that we took it, rather a tool for you to attempt to impress the monsters of this Island…
However, we all know, your strength isn’t your weakness…

Actually, I was not hunting at your entrance, I was hunting in the swamps, when Lurekus stole the corpse I persued him to the entrance of your lair.
I needn't brag here like you feel you must do. All my bragging is done at our lair, in our tinker shop over a mug of ale, with clan mates, after killing Fallen for a long day.
I am playing the game your clan started, by twisting scenario's and words to be to your advantage. Only I need not twist anything to make them look good. Your constant name calling, and inability to keep your mouths shut and keep the war on the battlefield is why I continue.
If you can not win the war with might, you seem to want to win in by writing letters from the safety of your lair.

Interesting, this point you make, that we intend to win this war writing letter from our lair, when in fact it is you who more times then not, start the letter posting with simple pleas for attention like these…
I also enjoy the fact that you state your playing the game our clan started… by twisting scenario’s and words to be to our advantage… If you’ve the time… I’d like to know when this happened…
You complain that we don’t keep our mouths shut and keep the war on the battlefield… Let me say this… I speak out no more then you, In fact, it’s generally after your comment that I do speak out, as such I will continue to reply to every comment you make Malice… In hopes that the whole of the Island sees you for what you are…

Those were the first two letters your clan started, if you take the time to read them, and look back through the archives you will see this is shortly after war was declared, and not provoked.
I responded by posting a public notice for the terms Grendels Chosen has set for the surrender, which you also tried to provoke fights about.
So I think there is the begining of this. At some point I suggested stopping it, but you scoffed at the idea then, and I have no reason to believe you won't again. I prefer fighting a war with claws and weapons. It seems you prefer to fight by words on parchement. I will fight your war of words as well if you continue it, and I will not stop at responding to your petty claims. Until you call it off I will continue.

I will make one comment only, I have lost a lot of respect for Malice just now, calling them cowards, if you take a loot, Lurekus needed 950 to hit and you needed 568, those are suicide chances. No, Lurekus isn't just going to stand there, without a chance to hit you, of course he ran, its not being a coward just because someone left, if it was a little closer to being even, he might have, he would have died, lost fp, and never had a chance. Hes a builder, not one to stand and fight. I do not support Fallen or Chosen in this war, nor do I care anymore who wins, but I did have greater respect for Malice then I do now.

Heh... That's funny, I remember you calling the Fallen all kinds of stuff as you killed them repeatedly for..::drumroll:: Stealing your corpses. Seems like the same thing to me Shadar.

Indeed we did post those comment at the beginning of this war… whether they were provoked is debatable… However my point is, you’ve started 3 yourself since then. All of the same caliber… So if it’s a War you want kept to the battlefield stop bringing it here… Unless you’re looking for support, or attention…
I’ve come to expect very little from Chosen in the way of Honor… However, Legion once again proved to respect this war and its rules last night… Their Counter Raid on us last night were acceptable, and with Honor… I was met by 2 members and was the only Fallen awake… Since one of our members had recently slept… I was given time to explain… They explained their position, and the raid proceeded, with mutual understanding…
Say what you will Malice of Chosen, but a real war is being fought here, a war with honor, and mutual respect…
