A reported bug + lag. Magic using uglies can be tricked into unwielding their weapons. Unfortunately they seem to all have the same strength with their hands as they do armed.

I've had a lot of uglies die, and then continue to attack until I killed them a second time. I don't think it was lag, since everything flowed smoothly. There's usually only one corpse left after the two deaths.

There used to be a bug where a corpse would be made every time the 'You fall into the oblivion of Grendel's embrace' message came up.

One time, I walked into the area above an enemy clan's lair, and got nailed twice by axe traps, dying twice. I then reincarnated, and a long time later they apparently discovered my second corpse and looted it.

Of course, at that time I was moving resources around in my lair at the time (we could all carry 1000 at that point) and *winces* we lost a lot of resources from that.

So they fixed the bug.

its me :) wow a evil friar. Thats a new one, i once found a evil cleric that had claws. On the other not i agree blame the undead them and there undeady ness. :cool:
