I seem to be having a problem and I was wondering if anyone else was.

My problem is that everynow and then the game will stop accepting input from me and then will just freeze. When I kill all the windows and try to come back it takes forever for me to get into Skotos, let alone back into the game.
Is this my problem? Or is it something with Skotos?
Any help would be appreciated.

Cheers,

Lasseter

I've 2 ten minute blackouts in the last hour or so. Dunno what it is. Thought it was just my ISP being a pain.

That's about what it was for me too, Illabrat. Same time frame. I know that we are both playing from Australia and wonder if that may have been why we were affected - but I could access any other site I wanted, regardless of location. Just had problems with Skotos. :(
Please, I want to continue TECing, tell me its not because of where I'm playing from and that it is an infrequent occurence.

Awaiting a response with fingers crossed.

I think I'm having similar problems, of course I live in the US. I'll be online (through a cable modem) and any webpage works fine, I'll log into TEC and within a few minutes I'll get awful lag, and then soon none of my commands work, I still see whats going on, I just cant do anything, and then finally I'll freeze. I don't know who's end it's on, but it seems to be more TEC/Skotos end...

Had kinda the same problem a few times, only happens if I've got the TEC client open, so I don't think its just my computer.

Anyways, occasionally (rarely, but still happens now and then) the TEC client will just stop responding and my Harddrive will start accessing a lot for a minute or so (kinda like it does when clearing a lot from the cache), but it doesn't seem to leave any lasting effects when it clears up, the client returns to normal function as though it had never happened. Could there be something slightly wrong with the TEC client?

I've only had this happen once since my first post (and it wasn't near as bad) but I was hoping that someone in the know would have responded with an explanation of this occurrence. Could someone give me a definitive reason as to the cause and effect of this, please.

Thanks again,
