Are the family account prepayments and discounts still being accepted? If so, what's the cost of a year in advance normal family account for two people? What's the cost of a year in advance premium family account for two people?

What's the upgrading table for normal accounts? I have a friend who already has a year of normal but he wants to upgrade to premium, how does he calculate the balance due based on the amount of month he has left?

Basically, the family accounts just cuts off some. I don't know the exact number for basic accounts, but for premium accounts it's $250 per account with a minimum of 2.

For your other question about upgrading. They have a program to see how much of the money you haven't used in your account. They will bill you for the rest, and put your renewal date to the current one.
