Clarification?

He's going to be in the northern terrace on June 30, 2 pm. Right? A question...unfortunately, I might not be around at 2 pm because it is...5(?) AM (and I'm sure it's late for a bunch of other folk not in the US) So...how long is he going to be around? Until evening? Or until he finishes with everyone present? :confused:


And if you can't make it because of time-related issues, can we have someone trade for us, or must our characters be present? :confused:


We need things to trade...are the brocade gowns that we used to get in the Seamstress' tradeable? What about books (and other items) that will soon disappear? :confused:


Yes, I'm not supposed to be here :( But will I get nice warm hugs of I-missed-you if I pop in during the Winter Ball? ;)

I don't recall anyone saying books would disappear.

In fact, I believe we were reassured that they would not disappear, as the contents could not easily be replaced.

Thanks, Catharsis. Didn't mean to come off so harsh. I've been through a few situations IRL where my wife really takes things that others say to heart, so I tend to be a bit sensitive when it comes to that, even when not directed at her.

Since I can't help but piss people off, I deleted said post. I still mean everything I said in it, but I think Skotos and the Castle needs a bit more ... good spirit around and that my own bitching about other people's bitching is an avenue I've already explored quite thoroughly. (and obvious get the exact same responses to everytime)

I was told by the new book building people that the books would poof... maybe were all phyco on some drugs or something, but if you want to be on the safe side I recomend copying your books.

Kyle, they're phasing out the old books. Replacing them one at a time. That's all. Doing a book exchange.

And if you want to short-circuit the process, approach me IC and ask for the books you need to do the exchange. I'm happy to hand out books bound in leather (for most people) to replace existing old-style books.

you know..i think i picked a bad time to have a contest with a leather book prize..there are a lot of easyer ways to get a leather book now that being in a contest..:(..oh well
