SpaceFed down? [Archive]

SpaceFed doesn't seem to be working for me.

When I pick a server I just get routed back to a blank spacefed page.

I've made sure Stephen's aware of this post, so that if there are any ongoing problems he'll respond.

(And if you're still seeing problems, an exact listing of the errors/situation you're seeing is always useful.)

I don't get an error page or anything just the Spacefed frame with an empty blue page in the middle, this is after I pick my server.

first of all sorry about this. this is most likely to be caused by the new 1.03f patch. this problem has been fixed.

I'm not able to access Spacefed.com. I've ran a trace and a ping, both make it there, but when I try to access the game I get a HTTP 500 INTERNAL SERVER ERROR.

for some reason as soon as I log on all I get is the skotos says ok and then the amount of users online... and its rather large (130+) so they must not be having problems... darn, gona lose all my planets...

I have the same problem when i loggi i get get routed to a blank Spacefed screen.

what browser r u using ? so far it works fine on my side, i have tested it on IE 6.0 and mozilla 1.0

I have tried to use AOL 8.0 and IE 6.0 and both do the same thing, pop up the spacefed screen but it is blank.

A "View Source" of the login page might help Stephen & myself figure out what's going on. Just mail it to ce@skotos.net and cc: it to webmaster@spacefed.com.

2. did u create a new empire, or upgrade ?

please save the page and send it to us.

to save the page:-
File > Save As > Change `Web Page, complete` to `Web Page, HTML only`

Still down for me, on all servers is there any news on whether it will come back up for me?

it will be back up after i fix the problem, however before i can find what the problem is please help us by answering the following question:-

1. which server is having the problem
2. did u create a new empire, or upgrade ?
