As we said in a previous post, we have apparently misplace a couple of proposals -- our convention booth has not arrived back from the shipping company, and it is quite possible the missing ones got stuck into something there.

We have emailed everyone that we have a copy of their proposal on file -- so if you have not received an acknowledgement, please download the proposal form (in .pdf) from the StoryBuilders section of our website and resubmit it.

Sorry for this mishap!

Yes, I have received that first acknowledgement email. Other than that I have heard nothing else. Does that mean I am out of the running?

No, we have not made any final decisions yet. The deadline for submissions is August 31st. At that time, we'll probably make our first cut and let people know if they are still in or out. Final decisions on the Seven will be made by the end of the month.

Unfortunately, we will have to turn many good submissions down for this first batch of StoryBuilders. There were many good submissions, but factors such as product mix, experience of the StoryBuilders, and existing content have much more impact in the decision for this initial Skotos Seven then it would for future StoryBuilding opportunities.

To show our appreciation for all those who submitted proposals, we are going to offer them priority access to a stage of their choice, and possibly some other benefits.

And remember, starting in January, we'll be start allowing more people in, hopefully one or two a month until summer when we can open the StoryBuilding capability to all.
