How can I add a few spaces to the second line of my signature, so that it appears centered beneath the first line?

You could use the HTML markup & nbsp; to make spaces. Remove the space between the ampersand and the "nbsp;". I had to do that in order to get it to display as the code tags on these boards apparently ignore the markup for spaces. Heh. :)
