Argh! Problem!

Everytime I try to login to DroidArena, after logging into Skotos, it prompts me to make a new alias! Even though I already have an account, Meduseld. I hope nothing has happened to my account. :(

Thank you for taking the time to report this to our (DA's) problem resolution area and here.

Having looked into this with the information we have at hand we've not found a specific reason why this is occuring (just made an account from skotos for myself with no prolbems). What we think it may be is that the session cookie that gets created at login time is being corrupted or not updating on your system(s). Please try clearing the cookies on your systems and try logging in again. If this does not work, please let us know as soon as you can so that we may dig into this more.

I have checked and for those people that have reported it through our system (MeduseID and CecilExellsidel (sorry if spelling is incorrect) ) your accounts are in the database so it's not an issue of them being gone. I can check any one elses if I have the id's they use in game.

Let me say now we're sorry your experience this difficulty and that we are aware of it and looking at what it might be but nothing has been found yet.

Thanks Sisyphus! The problem seemed to correct itself, as 4 or so hours later, I was able to login as usual. However, if the problem comes up again sometime, I'll know what to do.:)
