Are we expected to actually dance at the Winter Ball? If so . . . it may be a little late for it, but, I think we ought to have dancing lessons. Even if just so we can learn the commands for dancing. And because no one ballroom dances anymore, ya know? Just a thought I had. Anyway . . .

Well... somehow thanks to a certain Miss Punzel, Zero got the reputation of being a great dancer (thanks Pun!). But, OOC here are some good tips for dancing (since dancing is so limited, there isn't much variety, so it's pretty simple).

To dance with someone, simply say *dance [person]*. You can modify that with certain adverbs. Here are a list of what I think are the best pronouns the use with the "dance" command:

angelically, artfully

briskly

charmingly, closely

daintily, dashingly, decorously, delightedly, delightfully, demurely, dignifiedly, dizzily, dramatically, dreamily

easily, effetely, effortlessly, elaborately, elegantly, enchantingly, energetically, engagingly, enticingly, entrancingly, excitedly, expertly, expressively, exquisitely, extravagantly, exuberantly, exultantly, exultingly

femininely, festively, flamboyantly, flashily, flexibly, flirtatiously, flirtingly, flowerily, formally, frolicsomely

gaily, gallantly, genteelly, gently, giddily, gingerly, gladly, glamorously, gleefully, gloriously, glowingly, gorgeously, gracefully, graciously, grandiosely, grandly

handsomely, happily

impressively

jauntily, jovially, joyfully, joyously, jubilantly

kookily (this is a fun one)

lavishly, lightheartedly, lightly, loosely, lovingly

magnificently, majestically, merrily

ostentatiously, outlandishly, outrageously

passionately, playfully, pleasantly, pleasingly, pleasurably, pliantly, pluckily, prettily, pridefully, primly, proficiently, properly, proudly

quickly

rapidly, refinedly, regally, rejoicingly, relaxedly, respectfully, rhythmically, rollickingly

saucily, sedately, seductively, sensually, sensuously, sentimentally, serenely, showily, sillily, skillfully, slowly, smoothly, sophisticatedly, spicily, spiritedly, splendidly, spunkily, stately, suggestively, sunnily, superbly, swaggeringly, sweetly, swiftly

tantalizingly, tartly, tastefully, tawdrily, teasingly, tenderly, touchingly, tranquilly, triumphantly

valiantly, vibrantly, vigorously, vivaciously

warmly, whimsically, wildly, winsomely, wonderously

Pick and choose your favorites to add spice to your dancing.

Some other things that you can do are:

bounce (for fun dancing)

slide

sway

sweep

swing (a person or body part)

turn (as in turn gracefully), do NOT put the person's name or you will turn TO them

wiggle (more fun stuff)

Have fun at the Ball!

Some adverbs that you might also use are those that show you are:

awkwardly, barbarically, clumsily, carefully, fretfully, haltingly, hesitantly, hesitatingly, hurriedly, improperly, inaccurately, inappropriately, incorrectly, ineptly, inexpertly, laboriously, naively, nervously, numbly, pathetically, pitifully, plainly, poorly, quiveringly, ridiculously, slowly, sufferingly, .... and probably a few others I have missed.

Just a few for those who might actually NOT know how to dance.

I mean... for those characters that don't know how. http://www.skotos.net/ubb/wink.gif

I'm sorry, but I find it a grave injustice that no one has mentioned the adverb Funkily. Seriously, where would we be today, if we couldn't Dance Funkily.

Thank you,
Saurus
