This list is a generalization. It in no way means that you have to RP being from a certain house due to your race.

House Name - Normal Member Race - Note

Avinge - Shrew - Whaling town of Mortemere

Avoirdupois- Horse - Chivalrous, religious, militant

Bisclavret - Wolf - Pseudo-Scottish; nobles wear kilts; militant, ambitious, interested in new technology (clockwork, gunpowder, steam engines, etc.)

Blaireu - Badger - Former subjects of Rinaldi, Avoirdupois & now subjects of Bisclavret

Casque - Armadillo - Not-so-loyal subjects of Avoirdupois

Chevernaise - Goat - Mountain-dwelling raiders

Doloreaux - Boar - Followers of the "Old Faith," Lutarism

Ecorcheur - Rhinoceros - Raiders subdued by Avoirdupois

Esclage - Hedgehog - Declining house with delusions of grandeur; originally slavers, now bureaucrats in service of Bisclavret

Feocullan - Skunk - Swamp-dwelling raiders

Fiach - Raven - Look like normal ravens; serve druids

Keylljeyder - Elk - Woodsy, mysterious

Lissemanteau - Ermine - Gained lands through suspect means during war with Rinaldi

Phelan - Wolf - Pseudo-Celtic, wild, lots of Atavists

Plessis - Wild Dogs - Conquered, reduced to serfdom

Quennel - Squirrel - "Crushed" by Doloreaux

Screeberagh - Wild Cat - Hate Phelan; some tribes serve Bisclavret

Thierry - Bear - Driven from "Walls of Calabria"

Triskellian - various - City formerly dominated by House Rinaldi, now by merchants; "melting pot" of Calabria, home to many species

Wallon - ??? - Species not indicated; defeated by Avoirdupois

If a race is not yet represented InGame, there is a reason and we shall continue to add more as time goes on.

If a house is not represented InGame, talk to a staffer if you wish to assist in forming it but do not expect an affirmative or quick response as many of them are also planned in future updates.

Thank you.

You can certainly assume your character has loyalty to any of these houses.

If your character has a noble history (such as if they are a squire, and father was a knight, or if they are a dilettente) you can say they came from these houses (or invent your own minor house).
