After playing around a couple days, I've looked into the game a bit, and there are good things and bad things.

I like the communication device idea, being able to contact someone from anywhere, icly, seems to be a good idea. I'd suggest mental implants for it though, so you can always have it on, and it dosen't take up an item slot.

There's also a fairly large lack of instruction for the basics. Help files can be written, but sometimes syntax in getting it just right, can be a beoch. I got lucky and had someone tell me some things, but half the time playing I spent trying to find out what to type to get some things working.

I do like the hunting/mining idea, I love the idea of having it in the game, but I'd like to see more crafting and building with things we find in game. Such as being able to make a necklace from a gritty white crystal and some blue mineral, maybe with an advanced molecular trascribber or something. Oh and might want to check the price on the bat corpses, took me about half an hour last night to kill a bat, and it only gave me 15 cred, that same time spent spamming mining for fossils and such would have gotten me hundreds.

But the biggest problem! by far, seems to be a lack of bottleneck to get people together in face to face RP. The phones are nice, but only for people who know your number, and I think only one at a time, havn't tried to converse with two people at once because I've only seen like 2 people the whole time I've played.

Thanks for your thoughts and suggestions. Others can feel free to post any ideas/opinions here too, as they help me figure out what folks like... or dislike.

I did consider that, but it was harder for me to code that way. Besides, I don't think everyone would want the phone in their brain always ON.

There are actually help files in game, accessed by typing: 'Help Game'.

Although I'm not sure if you meant you read them and they still confused you. If so, I'll try to clarify them a bit.

Animal corpses are going to get an overhaul regarding pricing soon. They are all underpriced in comparison to fossil prices. I understand there may be a bit of frustration for now, but give me a little time and I'll get prices balanced decently.

As for lack of crafting, yeah... that will be addressed. I plan on additional skillsets as well as more missions, but things may move a little slowly at first. I'm mostly fixing up bugs at the moment and trying to gather up plotters so we can tell stories while I work on coding issues.

Once we have occupations/meetings/plotting going, I'm also hoping it'll help bring RPers together a bit better.
