Do not consistently @page staff without a specific purpose. We are here to assist you when able and this takes away from the time spent helping those truly in need. If staff are wishing to converse on a social level, they will make themselves approachable to you.
Do not try to page staff if they do not appear on the "who" list as this means either 1.) They are not available right now and/or 2.) they do not wish to deal with players at the moment. This is their right, please grant them this luxury.
If you abuse the right to speak directly to a staff member, they can and will block any pages from your character/account. This only hurts you as you lose a source of communication, direct assistance and annoy a member of my team. Do not do it.
