Howdy,
Tomorrow (Thursday) at approximately 10 AM PST (aka GMT - 8) I'll be moving the Skotos web server to a new machine. I've tested the new machine's configuration extensively, but there are some things that I won't be able to test until it is live.
The forums will be shut off for an hour or two while the changes are taking place, but, if all goes well, the change should otherwise be seamless.
I'll announce when the changes are complete. If you notice any broken links or other misbehaving portions of the site after the move, please drop me a note at dans@skotos.net.
