Character gone missing...

I sent e-mail about this to assist@skotos.net a couple of days ago, but I realize that you're busy with beta testing. I thought my message might have gotten lost in the shuffle.

I signed on Tuesday 10/3 at about 2pm PST with my character Berenger. Everything seemed to be working fine until I went in the dining hall. No matter which direction I tried to move, I kept ending up back in the dining hall. I quit the game and signed on again at about 4:30pm PST. After signing in, my character was gone. The only option available was to create a new character.

Is there any chance this is fixable?

Let me apologize if you did not hear back from us yet. We are running pretty hard on the beta and trying to keep up with messages too, so we are responding a bit slower than we should.

I want to take sometime to look further into what may have happened to your character and will get in touch with you with a more detailed update as soon as I have more information.
