I've been resolutely trying to convert TEC players to LC players and I've had partial success lately. What the TECers really want is to "power train" (or "power study") and one study session a day is hard for them. Maybe a weekly cycle would draw more people in?

Also, I can't remember the password for the -first- time I had a 'Phin' forum thingie so I had to make a new one. And let me say some of those original postings from way back when were really good. Let's hope we don't lose anything else!

User CP > Edit Options > Forum skin (very last option) > Skotos Dark. :)

Even without a website, the LC forums were way better.

Also this will be the second time we lose the archive of forum posts and that is just a bad, bad thing.

For those of you concerned with losing information and cool posts on the LovecraftCountry.com forums, we are moving over (re-posting) what we feel is important and cool.

Please help out, and feel free to copy and past summaries or entire bits of whats on LC.com here.

We won't be moving a third time, I promise. Personally guarantee it.

The technical difficulties with maintaining LC.com were just too much for the brave few volunteers - it's more important to work on/in the game than on a peripheral site.

For example, being in the Skotos family proper I don't have to spend x minutes every day wiping away spambot posts because we can't update the forum software so I can have full admin rights to do things like blanket block such evildoers. So once we're done moving beloved information back here I will have x more minutes each day to devote to your plot and prop requests!
(Well, we all dream that I'll be able to do that anyway.)
