Valentine's day is upon us!
In the spirit of love, Summer and Bria would like to offer a few activities to Celebrate Valentine's Day:
Secret Cupids
For anyone who wishes to participate, we will be holding a "Secret Cupid" gift-exchange. Similar to Secret Santa, people will draw a name at random, and purchase two gifts. We will hold a name drawing on February 9th to obtain your Secret Cupid and you should send the first gift in the mail, anonymously. Preferably with a nice note. The second gift exchange will be held on Friday the 13th at the Valentine's Day Social, where everyone will find out their Secret Cupid's identity.
Anyone who wishes to participate, please send or contact Summer Frost with your name by February 9th, so that we can hold the drawing on time!
Cupid-Grams
From now until Valentine's Day, Bria will be doing Cupid-grams! For anyone who wishes to send a Valentine to a loved one or friend, please send a mail or contact Bria Cavella detailing the following:
1. Your name (This is optional)
2. The name of your Valentine
3. The name of you or your Valentine's favorite love song
4. A small card or note with something sweet to say to your Valentine. (I will not read these unless you wish me to re-write them for you to preserve anonymity!)
5. A small gift (This is optional too)
6. If you want it performed under certain circumstances (Like if you want it done when you're there -- or not there), please be sure to say so
When I receive the above, the next time I see your Valentine, I will deliver the gift and the card, and I will sing the love song to your loved one in public. Please keep in mind that I do not know every love song ever made, so you may have to teach it to me. Let your loved one know you care, or simply send something from a secret admirer.
Valentine's Day Social
This will be held on Friday the 13th, the night before Valentine's Day. Everyone should gather at the Mystic Ballroom in the later Evening (ooc: 10pm EST), where there will be dancing, refreshments, and treats. Once everyone has arrived, there will be a chance to reveal Secret Cupids, and perform the last of the Cupid-Grams.
Remember to dress your fanciest, and bring along your Valentines!
