As a service to the Outer Bailey community, the Winter Watch and I would like to offer lessons to those who would like to learn to read.
If you know an Outer Bailey inhabitant who currently cannot read but wants to learn how, please assist then in contacting me.
I will post the time and place for these lessons here when I have assembled enough interested applicants. I will also speak to those interested and inform them personally of the location.
