A most regrettable occurance in my corner of the galaxy and I bare the blame and report it myself. Aggressions were made on vague orders to concquer a certain world and to do so running on radio silence.
*deep sigh*
Because of these orders, Elba has been acquired for my empire at the cost of my neighbor, with whom I had a 24 hour notice NAP.
I deeply regret that a lack of better communications has resulted in this catafalque.
