(Data flows through space again, and an image appears on screens across the galaxy, the face is that of green, scarely humanoid creature)

Fellows denizens of this galaxy. It grieves me to report that we have aided in the use of one of the most barbaric and volitale weapons known to us all. Yes, the Death Probe. On star date 04/11 at approximatlely 21:18 standard time...

(the image zooms out and shows the image of a planet)

the planet Tark ceased to exist.

(A bright light slowly fills the image, hiding the planet from view, and then fading, but now only showing the blackness of space)

We, the Wyven, apologize for injuring the galaxy itself like this, but it was deemed necessary, and perhaps in time we may find forgiveness.

My fellow rulers,

The attack upon my homeworld was despicable and cowardly. Could not the three peoples warring upon my small republic win the fight without the use of such a barbaric tactic?

I am convinced, that even should I should perish, the Gods will give you what you've earned in the afterlife.

General Tark

-=Broadcast From Aeion Prime=-

Fellow Citizens of the Galaxy,

It is with great sorrow that I look upon the despicable acts taken against the Tarkan Empire. The use of Death Probes is a crime against all races across the galaxy, and I abhor any empire who feels the inclination to use it.

Know this: The Galactic Federation of Planets will have no dealings with any users of Death Probes until it can be proven that they have been disarmed.

Be well, Galaxy. I hope this fate does not fall on the rest of you. It is my sincerest hope that that will be the last use of such a weapon.

May your slumber be undisturbed.

(Data flows through space again, and an image appears on screens across the galaxy, the face is that of green, scaley humanoid creature)

We shall take full responsibility for the use of such a weapon. It was because of our fear of Tark and his shipyards that we had such a weapon used. There was no other way for us to deal with the threat, without the loss of many lives that would be lost of our ships crews, and our allies crews. We ask that none of our allies are looked down upon, Emperor Garrik Poretested fiercely against such action, and should be commended. Yes General Tark, we who made the descion know we may be damned in the world to come, but if it means that our people will be able to exist not under the control of a race that could not be satisfied with the borders given on to it in a treaty that would of prevented this war, then perhaps in the world to come we shall find mercy and forgiveness, if not in this one.

Fellow Overlords,

I bring you news of a most despicable alliance between the Barbarian Mongul and Justin.

Mongul instigated a war of conquest with me... and managed to lie enough to Justin to convince him that I was the enemy. Now these two talk of having The Galactic Federation of Planets surrender.

Know this, barbarians. I will NOT surrender. Once every last one of my worlds has been returned, I would consider a ceasefire. Until then, you will have a most difficult time trying to break me.

I call the rest of the galaxy to arms. Treacherous snakes have raised their ugly heads. Let us beat the beasts back down into the dusts of their worlds, might we have peace in the galaxy.

That is all for now. Luck and blessings for you, Fellow Overlords. I hope that these barbarians do not try to do the same thing to you.

<Over the viewscreens of stars throughout the galaxy, an interruption takes place. On the screen, a tall, pale, thin humanoid
sits on a metallic throne, wearing lush purple robes. He is flanked by extremely tall and muscular creatures of the same construction and color. They are holding Thermonuclear Plasma Assault Weapons, dressed in Imperial purple and black blast uniforms, and glaring out suspiciously. Then the figure in robes speaks>

Serfs and leaders of our empire and those of our allies and foes..
We have maintained silence for long, but after the Prime Minister of Aeion didn't quite pin our role down right, let us explain.
Yes, Mongul is an ally, and that is why we entered the war. However, that is not the reason we continue it, for Mongul is quite safe now. No, we are at war now to forcibly take your stars,
utilize your resources and enslave your serfs. While our allies may rest safely, as the Empire doesn't break treaties, our foes should be fearful of Imperial policy and will. Along with our allies, we intend to subjugate the entire galaxy, until only our allies and our Empire rule.
Our allies across the starless gulf, the Wyvern and Overlord Draego, have both came out and claimed some or all responsibility
for the utter vaporization of General Tark's home star system. Let the galaxy know that this act was Imperial will, and the implement of destruction was launched from the Empire. No method to destroy our foes is taboo. Realize now your defeat and accept the treaty of surrender I offer you, or expect to be executed and your people enslaved.

-=Holographic Broadcast from Aeion Prime=-

You see an incredibly tall humanoid with greyish skin and midnight black eyes seated behind a console.

Citizens of the Galaxy,

I bring you triumphant news. The evil Overlord Justin's attempt to destroy the capital of the Galactic Federation of Planets with a death probe. I have a video transmission from one of my science satellites orbiting Aeion 3 of the death missile, positively identifying it as Justinian Technology.

The humanoid presses a button on the console and an image fills your screen. A large missile is shown heading full-throttle towards the lush, green planet of Aeion Prime, when suddenly it is knocked backwards and sent twirling end over end back into space. As it detonates, static appears on the screen briefly, before the image of the humanoid appears once more.

If you note, the characters inscribed on the missile where the Justinian alphabet.

Once again citizens of the galaxy, I call you to arms. Let us rid the galaxy of this brutish "emperor." One so brutish is unworthy of the title.

Good day, citizens.

Your sensor pick up a hyperwave video transmission.

G.S.I-O. Veracos Cygnus IV is sitting at a command post and sipping a drink... perhaps tea?

CYGNUS: Greetings, galaxy. The evil totalitarian forces of the one known as Rk have still not been able to follow their terrible plans to rid the galaxy of my species. The Movement-In-Exile has life in it yet!

COMPUTERIZED VOICE: Now approaching planet N3. Minimal enemy defenses discovered.

CYGNUS: With the help of our allies, The Veracos will be strong again!

Out the viewport, behind Veracos Cygnus, a fleet of Rkan are seen coming over the horizon. A messenger runs in, hands Cygnus a memo, and runs off. Cygnus reads the message quickly and yells something loud in his own language.

An explosion rocks the ship.

Many ships in the distance explode, as well. The fleet appears to be dwindling fast.

VOICE (off-screen): The ship can't take it no more, sir! We're going down!

The camera is replaced with snow, but sound can still be heard. A lot of things seem to be crashing around.

CYGNUS: I am dead, galaxy.

The transmission cuts off.

<The pictoviewer is once again inturrupted. Once again, the Empire's grandiose music blares forth, and the Emperor is standing before his throne, flanked by guards>

Allies and serfs of the Empire, I being good tidings! The despicable
, peace loving, snivelling Prime Minister Aeion of the Federation...
is dead! Today, Imperial forces launched a final massive assault
on his last outpost, after taking Aeion prime. The federation has fallen and been entirely enslaved by our forces. As for the prime minister....well, he decided to crash his ship into that of the General of the Achaena Fleet. Regrettably, the victorious General died..but he will live forever as the one who crushed Aeion.
His clone is being prepared to take his place.

<He salutes, then sits down.>

That is all.

The first Mongul UnderLord of the Great Mongul OverLord views the carnage as he picks his teeth with the bones of the once soft pasty fleshy being called the Aeion OverLord.

"Hmmmm," he muses to himself, "Why didnt these frail, pale beings answer our alliance offers at the beginning. Why did they not form the logical alliances, oh well......
They are quite tasty, and have joined the empire in the same manner as most of our enemies"

*The screen is filled with a brilliant blue light, which slowly dissolves, revealing the image of a scantily clad, muscular woman. Her face, arms, legs, and chest are covered in intricate blue lines, and her long curly flaming red hair seems to shimmer and move in the light. She scowls fiercely, teeth grinding, her emerald green eyes shining with wrath. As she speaks, she gestures with a thick, engraved rod of silver topped with a glowing sapphire orb, occassionally striking the butt of the rod against the black marble floor.*

I, Comrade Celtor, Minister of Expansion of the GCC, have had enough of the worthless and spineless people who call themselves the Wyven. These cowardly people begged for my help against the so-called "Evil Tark", and yes, much to my chagrin, I aided them financially with their battle.

And how do these scum of the galaxy repay my support? Instead of requesting help when beseiged by my allies, they attack my home star, and have been -attempting- to attack other stars in my people's vast collective of worlds.

I will not stand for this kind of betrayal. The people who call themselves the Wyven shall soon face the full force of my wrath and my fleets. Enjoy your last days in this galaxy, for they are now few in number.

Let this be a warning to all. The GCC is a civilized people. We keep our alliances. We help our allies. And we remain focused on our primary goal of expansion, without violating treaties. HOWEVER, we will not stand for betrayal by our allies, especially those who we have aided in the past.

In hindsight, I regret to say that the Wyven and the people of Draego were the wrong choice in allies. They are weak and spineless, and military morons. It saddens me not at all to see their races eliminated from the galaxy.

*Celtor grins evily, grasping the silver rod in both hands and leaning forward as she continues.*

Perhaps I shall turn over the Wyven I capture to Emperor Justin...I hear he has developed quite an assortment of ways to deal with such creatures and make them useful members of the galaxy once again. Not my style, but it has it's uses, I must admit. Or, perhaps I will just resort to my people's traditional method of dealing with traitors and skewer each Wyven captured on a serrated spike while still alive, and adorn my gates with their writhing and, eventually, rotting bodies. That would be quite the celebration, I believe...nothing like mass execution to renew a people's fervor for their leaders and encourage loyalty.

Wyven, I shall give you the choice...which shall it be?

*Celtor chuckles as she sits down on a massive silver throne, her laughter still audible as the screen fades to black.*

*Intercepted Correspondence from Celtor to Mongul*

Greetings Ally,

I fear that the evil Rk has done much damage to your noble empire, and as a gesture of friendship I am transporting those people of his that my troops have captured to several of your nearest stars. Justin and I have done what we could to eliminate Rk from the galaxy, once he proved himself to be a hostile enemy, and not our ally. I hope the prisoners will help renew the spirits of your people after this long and bloody war.

As a bonus, I have also included a few hundred of the Wyven that remained after my gates were decorated. I was going to expand my palace, to accomodate the entirety of the captives, but the war with Rk took most of my time and attention. I am sending half to you and half to Justin, as I fear that even his stringent re-education techniques will prove insufficient for such a massive undertaking. He is also currently flooded with thousands of Rk's former subjects.

May the future bring you peace.

Comrade Celtor
