With the permission of the Assistant Chronicler,
in humble hopes of clarifying
and informing the denizens of the castle
as to the nature of the cause behind this
matter of honor, I hereby humbly present the
Assistant Chronicler's statement of his
convictions as to this issue of honor. When
and if Ser Twulf or his second Ser Morte may
contact me to provide their version of the
events in question, I shall also reproduce
it faithfully. The following is Andrew's
statement paraphased in my own words, and
witnesses to which may credit to its truth
include Watchman Gareth, Sera Avaria, Ser
Duraze and myself.
The Assistant Chronicler, in consideration of
several instances of Ser Twulf's attempts
at romance with various seras of the castle,
was of his perception that the Ser Twulf
appeared to seek out emotionally vulnerable
seras, presumably to take advantage of their
state.
The Assistant Chronicler then mentioned this
to Ser Twulf, whose response of his
intentions proved most deeply offensive to
the Assistant Chronicler, who retorted
that he reveal his opinions of Ser Twulf.
Ser Twulf then and challenged the Chronicler to a duel, which the Assistant Chronicler accepted.
The Chronicler apologizes for any offense
he may have caused in the preformance of
his duties to inform the populance of the
causes of the matter of honor.
Your most humble servant
Ser Angron
Secretary to the Lord Chamberlain
Friend of the Muse
Junior Chronicler

In the matter of the Duel;
Although the Watch holds neither party in much esteem, it is my personal hope that Ser Andrew soundly defeats Ser Twulf. Ser Twulf is a liar and most heartless churl. I am glad that he has shown his true colors before all and deeply sorry that I ever cared for him.
All the self-respecting seras in the Castle will cheer resoundingly when this cad is taught a lesson!
