    * Forms should be sent in for the week it was held in only.
    - If your event happened in the first week of the twelfth moon, but you submit it in the second week then it will not be filed.
A gentle reminder to those who may have forgotten, treasury forms are due no later than the Noon Bell on Sun's day for the previous week. Any forms submitted for the previous week after this time will not be accounted for.

Dearest denizens, I ask that you please allow treasury forms to be as simple as they are meant to be. I do not require your many 'titles' or the many 'titles' of your guests. When a form is easier to read, they get added quicker. If you are unaware of how to do a form please see the above and below information. Thank you so very much for your activity within the castle!

    -----------------------------------------

    EXAMPLE FORM

Date of Submission: - 23rd Day of the 6th Moon, 20thYRA
Date of Event: - 20th Day of the 6th Moon, 20thYRA
Name of Event: - Battlers Practice
Host(s) of Event: - Jane Doe

    Guild Related: - Battlers Guild
    Guild Sponsor: - Lord Sicard
    Household Related: - N/A

Select ONE of the Following Event Types (erase the rest): Basic Group Bell

    Crafters Involved: - N/A
Attendance List: - John, Him, Her, It, Them...

    *Brought forward with added notes*

Please put all filled out treasury forms in the contraption on the bridge.
(OOC command - Slide my form in contraption)

Do not send your forms to Mistress Adeline or a member of the treasury unless instructed to do so. Any forms not submitted properly will be sent to the chute instead.

If you should have any questions regarding forms, if it is not answered clearly in this scroll about how to fill out forms, please send a scroll to Master Colby

    Thank you

It helps if you don't add titles to your attendee list and put them alphabetically.

Please remember not to list titles when you name the attendance. Please and thank you.

OOC "It helps us a lot when there are no titles and if you want to be extra helpful, you can even make the attendance list alphabetical. Mostly just no titles though, thanks."

    How To: Treasury Forms

    ~*The Royal Treasury*~

Below will be a small reminder on how to complete treasury forms to ensure everyone gets the correct pay at the end of the week.

    * Only the treasurer of a house/guild may send in forms for that house or guild.
    - Which means that if you host an Embinders Bell and place it in the contraption without having the treasurer sign it, the form will sent to the chute.

    * All forms must have at least one attendee.
    - Adding yourself as the attendee and host does not work.

    * Forgery of any type on a treasury form is a crime and will be handled seriously.
    - This means that if you are having a small social and attempt to name it as a large social or lecture, you will be in trouble.

    * Unsigned forms will be sent to the chute without any notice.
    - So please make sure it is signed before entering it in the contraption.

    * Forms should be sent in for the week it was held in only.
    - If your event happened in the first week of the twelfth moon, but you submit it in the second week then it will not be filed.

    -------------------------------------------------------------------

Date of Submission: - The date you submit the form.
Date of Event: - The date the event happened.
Name of Event: - The name you advertised it as.
Host(s) of Event: - Only those who actually led or helped lead the event should be named.

Guild Related: -The guild you are submitting for.
Guild Sponsor: - Obviously the sponsor, not to be confused with the Patron. Every guild/office has a sponsor.

Select ONE of the Following Event Types (erase the rest):

Social, Large, Outer - Large, themed events with props and planning, held in the Outer Bailey.

Competition/Tournament - Single event competitions not requiring props or significant planning. Must include some form of prize for the winner.
Lecture, Group - Lectures done on behalf of a guild that lasts for at lease one bell. Must somehow be related to the guild/office.
Lecture, Freelance - Lectures not done behalf of a guild that lasts for at least one bell.
Service Group Bell - Crafters and Royal Office only submit service bells.
Basic Group Bell - Practices, open bells, and meetings.
