  • A Presentation of Fashionable Doublets, Jackets, Coats & Capes

From several Balls, Courts and other major formal events - a collection of custom made, usually unique, doublets, jackets, cape and cloaks are worn from gentleman of the Winter Court. These are presented to highlight how fashion trends have changed over a period of time - but also to share the intricate details of how they were made. Sharing with the Castle the process from idea, to design to final product.

We have a collection of six different garments that were worn to different events and will be available for your close inspect. At each event some refreshments will also be served to be enjoyed along with a short tour and description of these works.

"In our age there is no such thing as ‘keeping out of politics.’ All issues are political issues, and politics itself is a mass of lies, evasions, folly, hatred and schizophrenia."

"Although many of us consider ourselves forward-thinkers, we still cling tenaciously to the old values of the system."

"Between two groups of people who want to make inconsistent kinds of worlds, I see no remedy but force"
