  • Billing Problem

    Anyone ran into this before? I paid premium, got a receipt but it's not going through. Logged in and still basic. When I log into the main skotos account, it is asking for billing because it's unpaid but at the bottom, it says my account is premium..wtf?

    It will always show your last payment made, so if you paid for premium last, that is why. As for your payment not going through, funds are usually the reason why. Check to ensure your CC information is not out of date also

      I got the receipt for the purchase in my email, though. It seems to have gone through.
