      Fines bug:

      The buggy fines for being arrested should be fixed.

      After some testing, it would seem that there is some other modifier(s) that affect how much you're fined, even before repeat offenses come into play. I'll have to look these up and ensure they're still balanced with the new fines. They're part of the reason it took so long to find a fix: the unusual numbers were throwing me off, since they weren't adding up with where the actual error was coming from, and I spent a lot of time looking in the wrong direction.

        A couple of teensy Setups errors have been fixed.
        • Glance should now work if you're hidden, but not the only one in the room.
        • You can no longer stalk yourself, weirdo.

          You can now use 'FREE ME' to break from self-imposed actions that restrict the character. This probably only applies to Pressure Wound Technique.

            - The disappearing bandage bug should now be fixed.
            - Luck! points applied to skill usage, which would sometimes error out, should also be fixed.

            Please note that both of these bugs are very situational and I can't know for sure until they've successfully been seen to work as intended.

                Diving at Signal Tower Island should now be safer. The longstanding bug that caused characters to be stuck in the currents and land on the shoals multiple times should be fixed. Along with this fix, four new changes have been made.

                1- Once you fall below a certain HP threshold, the currents will now make you wash ashore instead of letting you drown slowly until you end up in a coma.

                2- The shoals will no longer cause bleeding wounds.

                3- Once you reach -49% fatigue you will now be washed ashore instead of waiting to drown.

                4-The damage from washing ashore has been toned down.

                As usual, please @report any problems.

                  The Black Hand Cavern bandits that summon hounds apparently had a broken limiter. They could summon more than the maximum of three they were intended to.

                  So, since so many hounds have already died, they now summon a maximum of ONE each. Per bandit. I actually coded two separate checks to make sure they never spawn more than their one faithful hound.

                  Because there will be much fewer hounds spawned, the hounds themselves have been given more HP, and hit a bit harder to make a nuisance of themselves.

                  Knowledge is knowing a tomato is a fruit. Wisdom is not putting it in a fruit salad. Creativity is putting tomatoes in a fruit salad to make mango salsa. Philosophy is wondering if that means ketchup is actually a smoothie. Common Sense is knowing that no, ketchup is not a smoothie.

                    The "returns" desk, manned by the young attendant in the Library had typos.

                    Now when you give him a codex, he places the codex on the returns shelf, instead of placing himself on it.

                      Watchmen and Legionaries will now properly react to disguised persons. They will no longer stand there stupidly and shout to uncover yourself. They will now attack.

                      Tokens will now be listed properly when viewing the 'stock' command. A bug did not properly show the amount of tokens required.

                      A second bug involving tokens has been fixed. When purchasing an item that was worth 1 token you were not properly being deducted of that token.

                      The love potion sold in the Singing Informer will now have less liquid in the glasses but will now replenish a lot more hydration points.

                      And forgot to mention: people who get stuck in the character generator room will now be able to properly get out of the room by pressing on the button.

                        The Library Guard now frowns properly at your weapon when you try to enter the
                        library with a weapon wielded.

                        Library Guards also now searches you properly if you are following someone when
                        entering and leaving the library, however, due to this you will no longer be
                        following the person on the other side.

                        Constantine's cinnamon mead now tastes like cinnamon mead again. Another tavern
                        owner had poured ale in the barrel trying to ruin the Toga's reputation.

                        Looking in a baldric when there is a weapon in it now displays correctly.

                        Fixed a bug preventing people from being able to drag items or groups through
                        the Steps Checkpoint.

                              A few things:

                              When using the undress command, you will no longer be able to put lit items (such as torches, lanterns, candles, etc.) in a designated container.

                              The brawling skills will no longer cause you to hit your weapon on the rafters in the treehouse. Additionally, you will now only receive ONE message instead of two when striking the rafters.

                              Keys and lockpicks that are melted with the crucible will now provide the proper type of slag. Tin, copper and brass items previously resulted in iron slag. Tin will now become tin slag when melted.

                              You will now be able to purchase blue-painted flower baskets from the wedding shop whereas you were only able to purchase sky blue-painted baskets before.

                              The administer skill will now function properly when someone adds the healer to their passive list.

                              Neck pouches will once again function properly and you will be able to wear them under a lorica hamata, stola or shirt as was the case before.

                                Due to the recent pelt/hide changes Dreggo no longer accepted bear hides as payment for training. He will once again accept the bear hides.

                                There was a bug with the Setup Deadfall Snare skill which did not allow you to make proper use of a shovel and sent you in a never ending roundtime. This has been fixed. Using a shovel while using the Setup Deadfall Snare skill will now lower your roundtime properly. The roundtime reduction is also based on stats when using a shovel.

                                The sailors in the Sea Caves can now be beheaded. The leather caps and hats found on these creatures can now be sold to the various leather buyers.

                                An annoying and longstanding issue with the Two-handed Axes Cross Chop skill has been fixed. This intermittent problem did not allow the user to use the skill in some very specific circumstances. It would say '<Target> has left the area.' or 'You can't cchop <target>.'
