Yeah I didn't get one for my 11 year old character either, just because I found a way I wanted her to end.
So I guess if you go about in a willing manner, you get zilch for it. I didn't END either. It's not the first time a GM has helped a character die in a plot or in a different way than a player PK. Guess they didn't get their vet packages either. <Insert characters names here who everyone knows> Talk about consistent leadership. But for Occulo..In this particular instance he had no choice. The GMs decided how the game was going to be played by posting up new NPCs for the purpose of trapping him in one square or capturing him on their own. That's really not giving him the "option" to end in the first place.

And urek still doesn't have a vet char for Aestus! But Andrew got one and they both were executed by GMNPCs and teleported back to the podium after escaping to get insta-killed without any RP.
![]() I'm with Siek about consistency.[/derail]

I suppose a lack of consistency is sometimes in your favour.

I think it was more his way of saying, 'Hey, I'm sorry you were PKed when no GM had logged on in a week (for oversight) and to a move with no repeat penalty. Shitty way to go. By the way, your Aernus Dolnor thread got the most positive feedback I've ever seen, and want you to stick around.'

I'll refrain from pointing out the irony involved behind this statement. Hey, at least Aernus didn't go down because of offensive guarding, though!
