Declaration from His Highness Prince Bertram

His Highness Prince Bertram has declared the Bridge -completely- off limits for the foreseeable future, except in dire emergency.

Upon inspection, the roof is largely gone. The Ladies Hall ruined. The floor of the upper level is cracked and beginning to part from the castle's main walls. The scaffolding on the stair has all collapsed. The lower levels are all but blocked off from debris. Some debris, likely from the roof, travelled as far as the lower Terrace here, near Lady Serista's Tower.
